Is certification required?
No, currently certification is optional.
Why would I want to work with certified instructors vs. non-certified?
Certified instructors have committed to providing a certain level of integrity, skill and standards not to say that those without certification won't do the same but where is the gaurantee without certification.
Certified instructors take pride in their work and in their community.
I am an instructor, why should I consider certification with NSAAB?
